Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you are not please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt for proof of purchase. 

Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

To start a return, you can contact us.

  • I will then email you a return shipping ticket number that you should include in the package.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost. 
  • I will give you instructions where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 Refunds or Exchanges

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for item to be process after we have received it.

Your original shipping cost is non refundable.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

We will ship your exchanged item back to you for free. 

Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
